Flash drives with themes and designs are nothing new, but if you’re really looking for something that pushes the form of a USB drive, Logical Art’s Empty Memory series may be the ones that you’re looking for.
The Empty Memory USB Stick by Logical Art is a new form of wearable technology. The designers, Yoo-Kyung Shin and Hanhsi Chen, idea was to make technology invisible. The two joined together to craft two unique USB sticks.
“Empty Memory” is a jewellery collection that works as USB memory sticks. Each piece was casted with high-quality 316 stainless steel, hand-polished by craftsmen and finished with various colours. Every individual object contains a physical emptiness in its sculptural form, giving the metaphor that you can fill the space with your own memory.
